Please Note:
- Being new and sealed, the product may have a smell upon first opening. This is normal and will dissipate after a few days in a ventilated area or with cleaning.
- Do not pour water above 50°C / 122℉ into the tub to avoid affecting its lifespan. Start with cold water, then add hot water to avoid thermal damage.
- Ensure the nozzle is tightly covered before inflating and the waterproof cover is securely closed afterward.
- Measurements may vary slightly due to PVC's ductility; a size error of 5-10 cm is normal. Slight colour differences may occur due to lighting. Please confirm you are okay with this before ordering.

- Supervision Warning: Children have drowned in inflatable pools and bathtubs. Children should always be supervised by an adult when using this product. Never leave a child unattended in or near the bathtub. Keep them within arm's reach.

Water Safety: Ensure the bathtub is placed on a flat, stable surface.
Do not overfill the bathtub with water. Check the water temperature before use to avoid burns. - Inflation and Maintenance: Do not over-inflate the bathtub as it may cause damage or bursting. Regularly check for leaks or punctures and repair them immediately.
- Electrical Safety: Keep the air pump and any electrical components away from water. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for charging and using the air pump.
- Usage Restrictions: This is not a lifesaving device. This product is intended for use by adults and children under adult supervision. Not suitable for use by infants without close adult supervision.
- Compliance with Standards: This product complies with Australian safety standards for inflatable products. Ensure proper ventilation when using indoors.
- Health and Hygiene: Drain and clean the bathtub after each use to prevent mould and bacteria growth. Do not use the bathtub if you have open wounds or skin infections.
- Disposal: Dispose of the product responsibly according to local environmental regulations.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
